1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using the Komodo Wallet app or related services you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

Komodo Wallet is a non-custodial multi-coin wallet with an integrated peer-to-peer decentralized exchange (DEX). TillyHK publishes and supports the app. The software enables users to manage private keys locally and perform wallet-to-wallet cross-chain trades (atomic swaps).

3. No custody

TillyHK does not custody, hold, or control any cryptocurrency assets of users. TillyHK does not have access to users’ private keys or seed phrases. You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your private keys and seed phrases.

4. Risks and responsibility

Cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain protocols carry inherent risks, including but not limited to volatility, chain reorganizations, network congestion, and software bugs. You are responsible for all transactions initiated from your wallet. TillyHK is not responsible for losses resulting from private key loss, unauthorized access, user error, or blockchain protocol failures.

5. Prohibited uses

You must not use the app for illegal activities, sanctions evasion, money laundering, fraud, or other illicit purposes. TillyHK reserves the right to suspend or block access for severe violations when technically possible and legally permissible.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TillyHK and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50).

7. Updates and changes

TillyHK may update the app, these Terms, and related policies. We will post updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Komodo Wallet and related marks may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. TillyHK Ltd. is the publisher of Komodo Wallet and does not claim ownership of third‑party trademarks. All other product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use of any marks on this site does not imply endorsement.
